long answer: yes... sort of. If you set up utorrent correctly you can use the label system to select a specific folder within your default download directory. To do this you must go into your utorrent preferences and enable the following:

under preferences -> directories:

check the boxes "move completed downloads to" and "append the torrent's label"

set a default folder for utorrent to move completed downloads to (this only affects downloads for which you do not specify a download directory, so any torrent y ou download through the webui)

Once you have done this you can now specify any folder within that default folder using labels in the following way:

no label: downloads to the specified folder (lets call it blah)

label = movies : once download is complete, the file is moved to blah\movies

label = movies\ninjas : once the download is complete, the file will be moved to blah\movies\ninjas

etc.

this system has some limitations, but if you have a system drive or partition and a separate storage drive or partition, you can just set the default folder to the storage drive and you will then have access to all the sub folders within.

One note of caution: avoid setting your default download folder to any folder that contains system files and folders (ie any folder that contains the windows folder, program files, documents and settings within it) If you do so, someone could potentially save over your system files if they got access to your webui.
