Silveh
This is a different topic than my other thread. My first problem is that i'm unsure of what I should set my upload limit to. I followed the speed guide but... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A BELTRONICA DOWN UP kB kb kB kb1460.93 11687.40 335.25 2682.00-------------------------------------------------SPEEDTEST.NETDOWN UP9953 Kbps 13176 Kbps--------------------------------------------------TESTMY.NETUPLOAD"Ouch, are you on dial-up or something? (test again)10052 Kbps or 10.1 Mbps (1227 kB/s)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It's not easy to find an average with results like that. One site tells me it's very high, another site tells me i'm on dial-up.My second problem is that i'm constantly stuck on . It stays on yellow for about 5 minutes after start-up, then changes to red. I've set my Comodo Firewall settings as per this guide: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=7862.Port checker always says the port is blocked, no matter which port I use. I don't have a router, and typing my default gateway into my address bar just refers me to my universities wireless log-in page.My third problem is my speed itself. Some torrents I use let me upload at any speed, yet only give me around 20kBps download.Right now, i'm trying the three test torrents (open office, ubuntu, slackware) and this is what i'm getting.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v620/Jakkk/utorrent.jpgPlease help
Firon
Your university likely puts you behind their LAN, so you never get a real IP and can never forward.
