goggleboy Posted October 18, 2008 Report Share Posted October 18, 2008 hi iam new to utorrent i have been trying to get it to work for a week now but cant open a port i can get the icon to turn green for a few minutes sometimes. ive followed all instructions on port forward over and over, iam running vista, windows firewall which ive tried turning off still with no luck ,running avg 8.0, i live in a rural area my only source for hi speed is wireless satellite is that the problem i called my isp and thet said they are not blocking any ports. iam using a lynksys router i thought that might be the problem so i plugged the feed direct into the back of the computer without the router still no luck can anybody help please.
