mishkin Posted November 14, 2008 Report Share Posted November 14, 2008 whats the deal on ssd and torrents, does it = god?I heared some comments before about ssds not handeling small files well... and torrents are made up of lots of small fileswould it be kickass to have 2 ssds in raid 0 or is it retarded compared to 2 reg drives when you factor in pricebasically are ssds really good at random read/write???thinking about spending 1200$ to get 2x x25-m 80gb in hd raid 0 on a dual gigabit seedbox... mmm speedthoughts?
