Evidence that BT trottoles Torrent traffic after 16:00 <Help>

Hi guys i just got a screeenshot of my utorrent speed drop right after 16:00,

Is there anyway i could bypass this throttling connection.it really sucks when you downloading several gigabytes and you getting 35kB/s

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Try the conservative uTorrent settings in the 2nd link of my signature.

Also try disabling DHT (both kinds), LPD, and Resolve IPs (right-click in Peers window of an active torrent).

Set encryption in uTorrent to FORCED outgoing, if it's not already.

Test incoming legacy connections both enabled and disabled. Reset everything between tests.
