warbinton Posted December 6, 2008 Report Share Posted December 6, 2008 I am living in student accomodation and just recently have been getting poor download speeds of about 20Kb/s. This problem started about 1 week ago, before I was getting OK download speeds of about 250Kb/s. I cannot port forward as I am in Student accomodation and cannot reach Router settings. As I said before, my upload speeds are still stupidly high and have not been affected.Any help and I would be very grateful.
