Ive found the whole RSS thing confusing,

so I wonder if the RSS box can be preloaded to some sites like the search categories ?

for example.. can it be pre loaded to work with mininova etc ?

and some easier front end to select auto torrent download ?

Either that, or a detailed FAQ on the subject complete with examples and a list of sites that allow the RSS feed to work.
