jw232
When I right clicked a completed torrent and select open containing folder, there is a slight lag and it opens My Documents instead of the correct folder. The files do exist in the correct folder. Is there a way to fix this? I am using uTorrent 1.8.1 and Windows XP.
thelittlefire
Where is it supposed to open? Check General tab, Save As. What is your default Save folder in Ctrl-P > Directories? If you click the browse button (ellipses ...) does it error out?
jw232
It's supposed to open to F:\torrents, which is the location of downloaded files. There is no error when I click the ellipses (it goes to the correct folder).

afraca
I've got the same problem. Everything else seems to be working fine. Torrents are opened by firefox, which temporarily saves them in the temporary folder of FF. The downloads are stored on my external 320gb hard drive. No drive letter changing, and I have no problems finding the downloaded files with windows explorer. When I right click the torrent and choose "open containing folder" there's some lag too, and "my documents" get's opened. Seems to me the lag can be explained by sort of wrong redirecting.....
