1c3d0g
IE 7 is Beta, thus you can expect things to break. Does this happen with Firefox/Opera too? Did you happen to cap your upload to about 75%~85% as well? :|

1c3d0g
I'm not sure I'm following you, sorry. :| Let's try it again: so if you cap your upload to about 75%~85% of your maximum, does your web browser still feel sluggish/slow?
Evenblade
ive moved my up load and download to max and minimum and everything in between...ive stopped every download and upload i have in utorrent so that no data is being transfered. as long as utorrent is open it kills the browsing. i dont even need any torrents in utorrent for it to act up.it is random in that i can use utorrent just fine for a week or more then all of a sudden open IE and cant go from one page to the next. then all of a sudden it will work fine again. i have tried everything i can think of to get it working right but nuthing i do fixes it...i just start it one time and its not messing up the browsingEvenblade

1c3d0g
Hmm...that's weird. Do you have DHT turned on? Sometimes that can cause disruptions in your modem/router if they can't handle many UDP packets. It looks to me like something is choking your connection, but I can't figure out what it is!
