Aren't you on Rogers Cable in Canada?

They're one of the absolute worst BitTorrent blockers out there!

And they don't offer a 100 megabit/second connection yet to my knowledge.

Perhaps you're mistaking your LAN card's max speed for internet speed?

utorrent ez booster overloads most people's connections and only boosts speeds *IF* their line isn't crippled by their ISP to being with. So it won't help you and may make your problems far worse.

2nd link in my signature...the fastest upload settings you can use based on the results of your test is sadly only 256 kilobit/second...but try the 320 kilobit/second one anyway (and raise downloading torrents at once to 2) because that test result probably was bad/distant anyway.

...Though I believe in Roger's case encrypted traffic is ALL throttled.
