jdlord
I have been downloading torrents for quite a while now with no real issues. Over the last few days my torrents have started off fine speeding up to 400-500k or more but the immediately start dropping back down towards zero. They stop when they get right a zero and then pick back up again. It does this over and over. My ISP is comcast so I did assume throttling but I check that with a program I found on the forums and it said I was not being throttled. I am using a Linksys router WR54G or something like that. Port forwarding is set up correctly to port 42622. I have tried several different utorrent settings but all gave same result. Any one that could help would be greatly appreciated. GTHK
I don't trust Comcast, however, sticker on the bottom of the router, exact model and the version. Ex. WRT54G V6.
