Hi, I'm currently signed up with Talktalk isp in the UK for an 8mb download package but find that i am getting really slow download speeds of 2kB/s on average despite me having correctly configured the port settings on my router (linksys wag160n wireless n) & checked that the port is open ok in utorrent (green icon shows), i have heard on forums that talktalk can throttle bitorrent during on peak times in the day althougth they deny this, i get these speeds 24/7 ever since i started using utorrent 4 months ago, hear are my broadband speed tests:

Today 18:55 6973 kbps (872kB/s) 792 kbps (99kB/s)
