Alk
Hmm.. I'm taking it over too a LaCie Desktop HD (http://www.lacie.com/no/products/product.htm?pid=11164), but I do not think I have a limit? So if I make a new file in that HD, will it work? Gonna check.Edit:Did not work..Edit v2:I'm downloading over to the LaCie! And the file is 6GB. I have downloaded bigger files than that to the HD. moogly
Read the manual especially page 12 (about formatting): http://www.lacie.com/download/manual/um_desktopharddisk_usb_en.pdfYour LaCie Hard Disk is preformatted in FAT-32, optimized for us with Mac OS X and Windows. So you are limited to 4GB max per file. Convert to NTFS to save file > 4GB.
