Access Denied

I have Vista on my computer. I just recently updated to utorrent 1.8.2. Now everytime I add a torrent it begins to download, but after about 2% is downloaded it's status says, "Error: Access is Denied." I have tried this with three different torrents and had nothing else running during that time. Does anyone know what's wrong?

And btw, I thought it may be because of something to do with version 1.8.2, so I deleted it and then redownloaded version 1.8.1. I once again tried to download songs but it gave me the same message. After that I got and posted the HijackThis log. Just so you know. So now I have verison 1.8.1 on my computer.

Ulead is a burning software. If you have "access denied" error with audio files (torrent), Ulead is surely the culprit.

Try to uninstall it temporarily and check if the issue is still present.

Okay, I lied. I selected it and clicked fix checked and clicked yes and did the scan again. Then I tried utorrent again, and the download time was longer than before, so I said that it worked. But then then message came up againafter about 5%. So I went back to HijackThis and clicked info on selected item. It said it was stopped and disabled, but a reboot was needed. It also said the only way it could be stopped was through the services dialouge in the administative tool window. So I went there and clicked stop and start service and tried utorrent again, but the same thing happened. HELP?!
