insoko Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 hey alli have figured out that roxio media bloated piece of useless software is causing everyone's favorite error message (process is being used by another program etc etc) when i download music so i want to remove roxioi am having one heck of a time trying to do this. i tried the basic uninstall in the control panel and its not working. can anyone offer me insight on this? i tried calling dell to help me out but they said their help would cost me $250. nice, eh?i am able to download movies/videos/software, but music is a no go. please help? i have basic computer knowledge so pardon me if i ask stupid questions.
