Switeck Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 If you're on Bell Canada ADSL ISP, there's only so much you can do because they intentionally cripple the internet connection far below the rated speed if they don't like what you're doing...and they don't like BitTorrent!www.portforward.com ROUTERS section may list your router and modem and tell how to configure them for uTorrent.
