Green light yet ports are not forwarded

My utorrent has the green light yet when i test the ports, they are not fowarded. My utorrent port always had good speeds in the past ( fowarded ) but recently its been giving me problems. Is this due to the latest update to 1.8.2 ? I added the port into my modem n disable some firewalls yet it is stil the same.

Anyone having similar issues n solved it? I have always bee using vista and never had problems until recently

Did you remove the previous exceptions about uT in your firewall? Add new ones. And try to change the port.
