lattyware Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 I've spent a lot of time going from ISP to ISP trying to find one that doesn't throttle BitTorrent users badly.In the interest of finding out what ISPs don't react badly to BitTorrent and high-usage users, I've set up a site, Don't Throttle Me. It's not got any adds, and I'm not making any kind of profit out of it, except for maybe eventually finding a decent ISP.I hope the site can help users, such as those likely to be using uTorrent, find a better ISP, and to do that, I need reviews of ISPs. At the moment, the site is UK only, but I'm planning on expanding that soon.
