Switeck Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Your upload speed is set too high?Other bad settings in uTorrent?Torrent is incredibly low on seeds and those few seeds it has have upload speed set really low and piece size is 1-4 MB?Semi-hostile ISP throttling when it sees big traffic spikes?
