rfdion Posted March 7, 2009 Report Share Posted March 7, 2009 Installed uTorrent on a Desktop Computer and Notebook both running Win XP SP3, on Desktop Computer get the Ballon notification when the download is complete on the Notebook I don't, settings are the same on both. fluglebinder Posted May 16, 2009 Report Share Posted May 16, 2009 Yeah well it was happening to me on vista... but now I am on win 7 and it works normally...also I have noticed that there were other balloon tips for some other applications that were never showing, but now that I am on win7 I am seeing them again.
