opus44 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 Your computer has to send acknowledgements and such for each packet received. This overhead requires upload bandwidth. So, if you set your upload bandwidth limit too high it will slow down your downloads. The sweet spot is 80% of your maximum upload bandwidth.I really like uTorrent's Speed Guide for setting upload speed and other settings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
