Matt7 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Hey, i've followed the guides, and done all the recommended settins ect, also went on IRC and got told to change some stuff which gave me a faster download.I know that my ISP "Throttles" Torrents, so im not expecting a massive download, i cant stay up late to get high downloads so i do it throughout the day when im on, somtimes i reach a good 30kb/s for a while, somtimes higher like 60kb/s which im happy with i geuss lol, but lately i experimated and put my upload to unlimted instead of 47 limit and its getting to over 100kb/s, so i was wondering, how come i can upload so much constantly, but cannot download this high? does throttoling not effect upload?if ure wondering my ISP is TalkTalk UKThanks.
