So, it would be great if we can define local IP like starting octets or something where the bandwidth restriction does not apply. Also, option to not care for download limit incase of local IP. mjavad Posted March 25, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 yeah, but its not that i want only to download from ips which match, that can be done with ipfilter but if any of my peers from which i am downloading is from the ip defined then treat it as local ip and not restrict the download limit set on the system, set that free since downloading from him is as good as a internal WAN transfer which some ISP does not put in speed limit.
