Switeck Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Probably bad settings in uTorrent. 1st and 2nd links in my signature probably can help with that. Cox Cable ISP in the USA might also be to blame, as they are known to disrupt/throttle BitTorrent traffic -- and the method they now use may mess up ALL traffic when they detect BitTorrent traffic on your line.
