TheProfileth Posted June 17, 2009 Report Share Posted June 17, 2009 I used to be able to upload at about 750 kb/s but now I can only upload at about 180 kb/s max. The weird thing is that after I connect to someone who can take a high upload speed my uploading spikes up to 350-550 and then after about 15-30 seconds drops down. I am using encryption utorrent 1.8.3 and have the comcast as my isp. Can someone help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Switeck Posted June 17, 2009 Report Share Posted June 17, 2009 ComCast originally gave you a LOT faster upload speed than intended!You now only have about 1.5 megabit/sec upload speed sustained, but can have short bursts up to about 5 megabit/sec.2nd link in my signature and choose the 1.5 megabit/sec upload settings...maybe raise the upload max to 180 or at least the alternate upload max limit (while only seeding) to 180 KiloBYTES/sec. TheProfileth Posted June 17, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2009 This happen after uploading about 250-300 gigabytes, (I got invited to demonoid and I host like 9 torrents) in 1 month which is probably another reason why this is know happening maybe at the end of this month it will reset if I am lucky oh well.
