Daisky Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 If I am downloading several torrents at the same time does it affect the speed.In other words if I am downloading a torrent with a speed of 10kb/s & then began to downlaod several other torrents with it does the speed decrease to less than 10kb/s?Mind you my internet speed is 128kb/s & my download speed in average is 10 to 11 kb/s. Switeck Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 If regular web downloads can't go faster than ~12 KB/sec, then no matter HOW many torrents you start all-combined they won't go faster than 12 KB/sec either...and chances are if you start more than 2 the combined speeds will be LESS than 10 KB/sec.
