hey

im having some trouble with my utorrent - at first everything on my pc was slow and heavy once i opened the utorrent and today i found out that it was caused by my anti-virus. so i shut off my anti-virus and it was downloading at 300-400kbs and then it just stoped downloading.

when it stoped downloading the populer torrent the peer status was 16 peers found and it didnt conect to any one of them. however it was connected to a small local torrent and was downloading from 1 seed at 5kbs.

so after that i reinstalled the utorrent put back the port im forwording and it now finds alot of peers and seeds but it wont download fast. it should be downloading at 200-400kbs but its standing on 20-40kbs
