Switeck
Do you mean your internet connection's max download on a good day is at most 256 kilobit/sec?(About...25-30 KiloBYTES/second usable?)But uTorrent's settings are set based on max UPLOAD, which in your case may be less than half your max download. Switeck
No, I still don't know what your max upload is to tell you what settings you need...besides that you almost certainly do NOT have anything faster than xx/256k.But quite likely you have lower, like xx/64k. Do an online speed test and check the UPLOAD speed max!
marcus15
where shall i do it from??
Switeck
Set uTorrent based on the speed test's UPLOAD speed max.Do note that generally you have to use LOWER than the speed result unless it is very close, such as 370 kilobit/sec might still work ok using the 384 kilobit/sec upload settings.
