Switeck
Ping time is the time to send a message to a (distant?) location and get a reply back. The act of doing so is called Pinging. You "Ping" a ip/server to see how quickly it can reply.Your upload is still very low...0.26 megabit/sec according to your speed results. Peers on torrents are very unwilling to reward peers that don't upload to them...or upload very slowly to them. Thus, my speed guide (2nd link in my signature)...which in your case you need to try the 256 kilobit/sec upload settings (that's 0.25 megabit/sec).1st link in my signature also has a slow speed guide to try.
