And on the seeds column there is like 0(15) or something like that and then on the peers column its like 0(3). What are some of the reasons that i am not seeding to them, i want to but uTorrent just is not seeding to them. Switeck Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 The tracker could be reporting seeds as peers, because when the tracker LAST saw them...they were peers.The 3 peers could be firewalled and for whatever reason not making more connections.The 3 peers could even be 1 peer that keeps changing ip addresses very rapidly. Switeck Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 Seeds don't need to connect to other seeds...and disconnect when they do.A firewalled peer cannot be connected TO, you must wait for it to try to connect incoming to you.If the peers don't exist, you can't connect obvious!...They may have quit running BitTorrent and already shut their computer down for the day.
