I have tried everything to try to understand how port forwarding works, including manually entering the port number in my Charter Security firewall, and I still can't get a green light. I'm really not stupid, I even worked in computer stores for a while during the 80s and 90s, but I can't understand your configuration instructions, and every time I test the port forwarding I get an error that says the port isn't forwarded. My download speed tests at an avewrage of 9.3Mps, and yet all I can get on uTorrent is about 9Kps! At that rate, it will take weeks to download a single file! HELP!!!
