So after they leave i start up utorrents again, and i only start downloading at around 40 kbs. and it says that im not connectable. after about 5 mins the speed gets back up to the normal 1.7 or 1.8 mbs, but it still says that im not connectable... Before they had come out and fixed everything, i would get the green all clear check.
