I get like 5kbps on download but 17kbps on upload on a file that has thousands of seeders!i have configured everything right - port ,speed test etcthe weird thing is that when i try to download openoffice which has fewer seeders than the file i am downloading, it goes up to 100-130kbps! Please help me! I live in Tel Aviv Israel, i use dlink router my isp is Bezeq internation!Help emergency!
