Speed Problems. Help?

i have a westell router.

upload is 1333kbs and download is 12993 kbs

for utorrent, i am only getting download speeds of ~20kbs. but at another internet source, i was getting 600+kbs.

the little light in the bottom right is yellow, saying i have no incoming connections.

i run on a mac OSX leopard 10.5.8

can anyone help? i've tried a lot, but i dont understand the lingo people use.

Are you using Windows uTorrent?

If not, try the MAC uTorrent forums.
