When I test port is says "error port doesn't appear to be open". I am new to this but have went through the guides and read everything I could find and can't figure it out.I have done the port forwarding and also set static IP. I am using vista and have embarq dsl with 2wire router. I connect to router with wireless usb adapter and was wondering if that might be the problem? I have checked port forwarding few times and also allowed utorrent through for windows firewall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Switeck Posted September 6, 2009 Report Share Posted September 6, 2009 Wireless + USB = probably unreliable LAN...so you may not be able to use as many connections or all of uTorrent's extra features without problems.
