Switeck
Try using a proxy just for Trackers.Set everything else to encryption. (FORCED outgoing, no legacy)Try with DHT disabled, then try without it disabled.Disable Local Peer Discovery, Resolve IPs (right-click in PEERS window of a torrent), UPnP, NAT-PMP.Also experiment with allowing/blocking uTP connections...and maybe even Teredo/IPv6 connections as well! eminenz
Thanks so much for the suggestions. In another forum b*n posted the following, which may be useful to others:===If totally encrypting and using non-standard ports doesn't work its likely all bulk traffic is being blocked i.e. non-http traffic. Or less likely deep packet inspection.Try this test: http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest.phpIdeally to bypass throttling or qos your going to need to set-up a ssh tunnel or vpn on a http port. These options are going to require at least a shell account but more likely a vps or dedi.see:http://www.slugsite.com/archives/315http://www.openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation/howto.html
