cannot get my ports to forward

I am new here so pls be patient with me. I am using PF Config to forward my ports. I followed all their instructions and am able to log into the router manually, but when I use UTorrent's test option to see if ports are forwarded properly, I get the following error message:

Checking port 6881 on 76.109.48.4...Port 6881 does not appear to be open.

It doesn't matter which of the 'approved' ports I try. The same message occurs.

Also, PF Config gives me the following message:

Port 6881 is forwarded to IP 192.168.1.231. As you can see, the IP addresses are totally different.

Here is my setup:

Windows Vista, Linksys router, cable provider is Comcast. I'm running two firewalls. Windows and Norton 360.

If I left anything out, please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, and is not Norton 360, because it woked fine for 2 years with my norton 360 (original by the way), but then just one day the ports stop fowarding, i didn't change anything, nor install anything unusual. Just stoped fowarding. I've tried resetting the router to factory default, reinstalling uTorrent, even uninstall norton 360. Nothing seems to work. Please Help Us! I want my uTorrent back the way it waaaas!!!!
