Switeck Posted September 24, 2009 Report Share Posted September 24, 2009 Your line might not be rated to handle lots of actively uploading torrents at once.2nd link in my signature...you probably have between 0.5 and 1 megabit/sec upload bandwidth.Advanced settings in uTorrent should allow uTorrent to start MORE torrents if existing ones are not downloading OR uploading >1 KB/sec.
