I followed the directions given from the speed check page of my ut client, and it keeps failing. The ip I changed to forward from shows up when I check status of my router. But when I do a speed check it fails from yet a diferent ip? Did I change the wrong one? All the info I gathered was from ipconfig /all. GTHK Posted October 4, 2009 Report Share Posted October 4, 2009 The IP that gets checked is probably the routers public one, the router has a public address and then a private address for computers inside the network.
