CAN'T CONFIGURE or port forward correctly

I've been trying to work the bugs out on this problem for awhile now. I followed the directions given from the speed check page of my ut client, and it keeps failing. The ip I changed to forward from shows up when I check status of my router. But when I do a speed check it fails from yet a diferent ip? Did I change the wrong one? All the info I gathered was from ipconfig /all. My isp is tdsmetrocom could the problem lie there?
