warning sighn

had to uninstall and reinstall Utorrent, and now that I've reinstalled it, I have a yellow warning sign at the bottom saying "no incoming connection, unless this problem turns green, might be a problem with you network configurations". I know something is wrong because my d/l's are running alot slower, used to d/l at about 225/kbs, now only at 10/kbs. How can I find what port # I'm supposed to be using

uTorrent's incoming listening port is shown in (CTRL+P) Preferences, Connection in uTorrent.
