Red critical error x's and 0.0% Done

Almost all of my downloaded files show a red x, have a totally blank Size column and show 0.0% in Done column even though they downloaded completely and do exist on my hard drive. (Seeds and Peers columns appear to have the correct values.)

I live in a country with many power failures so I think it has something to do with improper shut down. This doesn't affect me but I would like to upload to the community. Most of my downloads are unaffected but some also show red down pointing arrows and never download anything although they have as many as 60 peers shown.

Please tell me how to fix this or perhaps I could create my own tracker to upload the data???

If you experience power failures often you should invest in a UPS to protect the computer.

Red X = Problem with the torrent (check the status)

Red Arrow = Tracker error
