mustangred98 Posted November 10, 2009 Report Share Posted November 10, 2009 I recently upgraded to Windows 7, having been using XP before. I downloaded and installed the newest version of uTorrent. It was working great for awhile. Now whenever I start it up I get this error: "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions." Any idea on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Again, utorrent was working before this without a problem and nothing was installed since then.
