Opening of uTorrent files directly - fails.

I'm running uTorrent on Windows and there seems to be an issue whenever I try to open a .torrent file while uTorrent is running.

The error pictured below pop up every single time I go to open a .torrent file.

For those of you unable to view images, it states: "It seems like uTorrent is already running, but not responding." "Please close all uTorrent processes and try again."

Any suggestions would be strongly appreciated as this really is pretty annoying to have to manually open the file through uTorrent.

Again: Running Windows 7 Premium with uTorrent version 1.85 Build 17091.
