Nasacow
I am attempting to start a torrent and I received the above status error message. I attempted to use the command provided in the help section of uTorrent (regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll) to no avail. Other torrents successfully write to disk. This torrent does begin to download but stops at the first disk write request. I am using Vista 64 bit and uTorrent 1.8.4 (build 16688)Thanks in advance for your help. uTorrent rocks!!! Keep up the good work.

Nasacow
I believe the problem not to be with folder setting as I am currently downloading another torrent to the same folder as I am attempting to save to now. I attempt to redirect the download to the root directory with no luck either (C:). I have the norton deal, but as before it will begin to download but no permission to write. I have downloaded many torrents before but this one is seems to be the trouble child!!!!Edit: Folder Permission are all set to allow and I am the Admin for my own computer too
