I have just moved, Broadband is all ready connected at new address. When I set my laptop up on new wireless router all was well for the first day downloading, with utorrent. Nowfor the past week all downloads have stopped. All I have had is maybe a quick burst every few days where a download will start go for about 20 mins then stop. ....All I can think of is the isp has a download limit.
