100000d1 bsod what is the safe global connection limit

i did some research and found that this is caused by to many global connections does anyone know what the safe global cap for a intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card is

i have had it running for days with over 300 connections it seems as though it is related to the number of users conected via ipv6 since tcpip6.sys is always the one that throws the bsod. but i cant find a seperate limit can you just disable utorrent's ability to use ipv6
