RSS Downloader way to scan inside torrents

I currently use the RSS downloader with multiple feeds that it scrapes from.

The problem is that sometimes, when it finds a torrent matching the spec, the file inside is not the direct file, but a multi-rar of that file, which makes it annoying since after it's done being downloaded, I still have to go manually extract the rar files.

Is there a way to either:

a) Have the RSS downloader filter out torrents by looking inside the torrent itself to see whats inside and setting up a no-match filter against it?

A way to have it run an external command after download completes to auto-extract the file.

a) doubtful

yes...but it'd be a pain to do!

You could have uTorrent add new torrents in STOPPED mode then check them later to decide which ones to start.
