Switeck Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Some of the speed test servers are down...from overloads I heard.Can you try a different speed test server or just set uTorrent based on your line's rated max upload?(Which is almost certainly 1.5 mbit/sec or lower) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
