Remains from Flashget toolbar:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {E0E899AB-F487-11D5-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - (no file)

...Seems you still have Flashget installed, but for some reason this part is "broken"!

Remains from Ask toolbar (probably the one that comes with uTorrent):

There's stuff that HijackThis misses, so there's probably more associated with those that may still be on your hard drive. :(

I doubt any of it runs, (such as at windows startup) it's just "eating" a very tiny amount of hard drive space.

If your problem is speed related, a speedtest.net link showing your down and up speed readings would be nice...

...as would a screenshot of uTorrent's Speed Guide CTRL+G settings, complete with whatever you an show of uTorrent in the background -- since there's no telling what might be useful from the GUI. (If privacy is a concern, hide the torrent names either by shrinking the column or moving it off the screen.)

uTorrent guessed incorrectly...you don't really have 1 MegaBYTE/sec sustainable upload speed.

ComCast gives a very high burst rate, but it only lasts for a few seconds...still enough to seriously skew a speedtest results higher than sustained amounts. :(

Try the 1.5 or 2 megabit/sec upload settings instead, as your picture shows you uploading ~145 KiloBYTE/sec.
