Shiroichi Posted February 20, 2010 Report Share Posted February 20, 2010 hi i'm using utorrent 2.0 .when i download movies with enough seeders i get a download speed of 2mbps .but lately when i download movies and such my internet surfing speed gets extremely slow when utorrent is on its really strange its like every 10 minutes my internet surfing speed gets slow while using utorrent and after 10 minutes or so it gets normal again .can somebody please help me and no firewall is blocking my system.the problem started to happen when i changed my net-max-halfopen from 08 to 50 and now i've changed it back to 08 but i still have this problem .
